酒店就在漢諾威火車站旁。對面有一箇中餐廳很地道。酒店服務人員態度超級好，好熱心。唯一缺點就是房卡是需要用手機聯網才能打開。沒有物理卡片

Ich kann die nagativen Bewertungen im Netz über dieses Hotel nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren dort zwei Nächte und sind mehr als zufrieden. Frisch und modern renoviert, freundliches Personal und super Frühstück! Einziger Grund zum Meckern - unser Standardzimmer hätte im Bereich des Bettes einen halben Meter breiter sein können. Daß haben wir aber unter Berücksichtigung des wirklich optimalen Preis- Leistungsverhältnisses gerne in Kauf genommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.

Really nice space, modern and clean looks, great bed nice view from balcony and close both to restorants, transportation and shopping Close to police station but no issues while I stayed there

The hotel is nicely located in the center. The rooms are small but nicely furnished, in appearance. My room was flooded when I open the door of the shower and the water dispersed on the floor reaching to the bedroom. After cleaning what I could, I went to report the issue to the receptionist. Unprofessional and far from being kind, she eventually agreed to give me another room. When I attempted to move to my next room, the new key didn’t open the bedroom door as the receptionist was incapable to set it up properly, so I had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. Again no sort of acknowledgment of the problem: a smile would have been nice if she couldn’t say sorry. Poor management leads to unhappy staff! It seems the bad review is the only way to get us heard. Pity!

The hotel is good in terms of location and facilities upon entry. However, the service during the stay was very poor. We did not receive any services for arranging, cleaning, or changing the bed sheets.
